Compact Unit /Standard Blower

Product Description:- The Compact Unit includes Air/Water Cooled Roots Blower for pressure application with standard accessories. Generally it is suitable for Vertical Flow. (Top Suction /Bottom Discharge). Machine and Electric Motor are mounted on a sturdy Base frame and Suction Filter, Suction and Discharge Silencers, V-Belt/Coupling Drive, Safety Valve, Pressure Gauge and Non-Return Valve are duly mounted on to Machine and Motor assembly.

Application:- Aeration, Pneumatic Conveying, Drying, Fluid Agitation, Effluent Treatment, Air/Gas Circulation etc.

Technical Specification:- Basic Blower is a Positive Displacement, Twin Lobe Type. Air Cooled/ Water Cooled . Both sides Bearings and Timing Gears are Oil lubricated by splash.

 Suction filter prevents entry of undesirable particles into Blowers and Suction Silencer and Discharge Silencer reduce the noise levels.

Gears are Helical with Hardened and Ground finish to ensure precision torque transmission and noiseless running.
